Scientific research of authors nominated by the Institute for Evolutionary Ecology NAS of Ukraine. This research is significant and important. The researchers successfully combined comprehensive and differentiated analysis. They gained new knowledge that has significant theoretical and practical value for the solution of fundamental and applied problems in the scientific field. The difference of this work from others is that it is made at different levels of hierarchical organization biota. It was established features of the structure, development and interconnection facilities research of the environment. The authors was established theoretical and methodological principles of sustainable development of forest ecosystems in different natural zones of Ukraine in terms of human impact; the cause and effect influence of major ecological threats to forest ecosystems by international approach was analyzed; synphyto- and synmykoindication of anthropogenic transformation of forests was made; adaptive strategies of native and alien populations model species of dendro- and microbiota in transformed environment was established. For the first time Blinkova Olena, Ivanenko Oleksandra discovered regularities functioning and development of co-adaptive system of tree vegetation and wood-destroying (xylotrophic) fungi in natural forests (as state bioindicators). Authors discovered regularities functioning and development of the co-adaptive system of tree vegetation and wood-destroying (xylotrophic) fungi in artificial phytocoenosis of Kiev too (prediction of environmental megalopolis). The vegetative cover is sensitive to ecological factors and reflects emergent's of changes in forest ecosystem properties for the transformed were shown by synphytoindicational methods. Interrelation state of vegetation cover and intensity of exposure to water erosion has been brought. It reflects the integral effect of interaction between endogenous and exogenous ecological factors in the mountains. The practical value of this work is important. It is realized in the implementation of the results to activities of regional forest enterprises, research institutions, in the educational programs of "Ecology" in institutions of higher education, in the improvement of relevant definitions of scientific terms. The authors published the 61 scientific works, including 1 Section of monograph; in collaboration with other scientists 1 Dictionary-Directory of Agroecology and Environmental Sciences, 2 scientific methodical recommendations; 2 methodical recommendations for laboratory practical work for students of Ecology, 24 scientific specialized articles, including 2 foreign publications in scientometrical databases, 28 materials and abstracts of congresses and conferences.
