Although the key issue in solving this problem is increasing funding and general support for science by the state, sociological surveys have shown that this is not enough. In the crisis conditions in which our country finds itself and which do not contribute to the establishment of public morality and integrity, in some scientific institutions bad attitudes and approaches had appeared in collective work, not inherent in real science, which is condemned by young researchers, who do not wish to work in such conditions. The same we can say about the methods of managing the research process, which some institutions and heads of departments inherited from the totalitarian regime. At the same time, the negative impact on the psychological atmosphere in research teams is exerted by the fact that in some of them the traditional methods of organizing collective scientific creativity, such as scientific seminars, problem debates, etc., are abandoned. The idea is to identify socio-psychological factors, the attitude of young researchers and find ways to involve them in improving the atmosphere in research groups.
