A comprehensive study of aspects of resistance to abiotic stress, including the effects of fungicides, scientifically sound improvement of existing and development of modern competitive technologies for growing agricultural plants remains an urgent problem of biological science. That is why, research related to the complex analysis of the influence of physiologically active substances with fungicidal activity on the course of physiological and biochemical processes in the plant organism, by inoculation of seeds with nodule bacteria, will promote the development of new, effective strategies of cultivation ensuring the maximum realization of the genetic potential of legumes. The aim of the work is to study the physiological and biochemical peculiaritіes of formation and functioning of symbiotic systems Glycine max – Bradyrhizobium japonicum using physiologically active substances with fungicidal activity, and determining the optimal ways to use of seed protectant that provide high symbiosis efficiency and soybean productivity. To achieve the aim, we will study the processes of formation and functioning of the symbiotic and photosynthetic apparatus of soybean plants by inoculation of seeds with nodule bacteria and treatment with fungicides, and also will be studied the peculiarities of physiological and biochemical processes in soybean plants in response to the action of abiotic factor. The established physiological and biochemical peculiaritіes of the action of fungicides of different chemical composition on soybean plants in the formation of symbiosis with nodule bacteria will contribute to the development of new strategies to protect plants from pathogens of various etiologies with the involvement of biologically active substances with fungicidal action.
