She was born on October 11, 1933 in Tver city, Russia. In 1956-1957 worked as a master at the Cheremkhovskaya plant "Vostsybelement" (Svirsk, Irkutsk region of the Russia); in 1957-1959 was the master of the galvanic workshop at the Kiev factory "Relay and automatics". From 1959 to 2012 worked at IGIC. In 1989 defended her doctoral dissertation.
The main directions of scientific research: creation and application of the theory of a bifunctional electrochemical system for the description of electrode processes at the boundary electrode/electrolyte, preparation of a new class of functional coatings; fast deposition of general purpose coatings; development of electrochemical synthesis of non-stoichiometric active materials of oxide type for chemical current sources and catalysts; the development of a bipolar electrode method for coating and metal extraction from low-centrifugal aqueous metal solutions.
