Was born in 1901 in the village Yaltushkov Bar district of Vinnitsa region. In 1931-1934 studied at the postgraduate school of Institute of Chemistry under the leadership of Member of UAS V.A. Plotnikov. In 1934-1935 was a scientist of Department of inorganic chemistry. In 1935, defended candidate's theses and transferred to the post of senior scientist. From June 22, 1941 to July 1944 was in the Soviet Army. In 1947 defended his doctoral thesis. Until 1947, was a senior scientist of Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry, and from 1947 to 1950 was a head of laboratory non-aqueous solutions. From January 1950 worked again as a senior scientist due to the increase the size of laboratories and the decrease in the volume of work on non-aqueous solutions.
During this time, part-time worked as associate professor (docent) at the Kiev State University and head of Department of Physical Chemistry at the Kiev Art Institute.
Published more than 30 scientific papers. Died in 1992.
The works are devoted to the study of the nature of the electrolytic solubility of solutions, in particular, the electrical conductivity and viscosity of double and triple systems. Developed the theory of concentrated solutions. Explained the phenomenon of abnormal electrical conductivity.
