Summary:Розкрито сутність сучасних теорій регіонального та інноваційного розвитку, що впливають на здійснення інноваційних процесів. Проаналізовано європейський досвід формування регіональних інноваційних екосистем. Представлено результати дослідження процесу розбудови регіональних інноваційних екосистем України в умовах євроінтеграційних викликів. Здійснено оцінювання стану інноваційності регіонів та ідентифіковано параметри складових регіональних інноваційних екосистем. Визначено напрями та розроблено механізми активізації процесу формування сучасних регіональних інноваційних екосистем в Україні, запропоновано інструменти реалізації сучасної парадигми регіональної інноваційної політики.

Summary:The nature of modern regional and innovative development theories influencing the activity of investment processes is revealed. European experience of forming of regional innovative ecosystems is analyzed. Results of research of regional innovative ecosystems development process in Ukraine in terms of European integration challenges are outlined. Evaluation of region's innovative condition is conducted and parameters of regional innovative ecosystems' components are identified. Directions of activation of modern regional innovative ecosystems forming process in Ukraine are defined and the relevant mechanisms are developed. Instruments of implementation of modern regional innovative policy paradigm are suggested.
