Summary:У книзі узагальнені статті, нариси, доповіді дослідниці 2002–2017 рр., присвячені проблемам праворозуміння, предмету та методології історико-правової науки, становленню вітчизняної соціології та філософії права. З позицій сучасних філософських дискурсів аналізуються процеси становлення і трансформації права, розглядається сучасний процес структуризації предмету і об’єкту[⇒] юридичної науки, окреслено предметне поле історико-правової науки та визначено перспективи її розвитку. Здійснено спробу осмислення генезису правового світогляду у процесі трансформації моральності та становлення ліберального світогляду.

Summary:The book summarizes the articles, essays, reports of the researcher 2002–2017, devoted to the problems of the right of understanding, the subject and methodology of historical and legal science, the formation of national sociology and the philosophy of law. From the standpoint of modern philosophical discourses, the processes of formation and transformation of law are analyzed,[⇒] contemporary process of structuring the object and object of legal science is considered, the subject field of historical and legal science is outlined and the prospects of its development are determined. An attempt was made to comprehend the genesis of the legal world outlook in the process of transforming morality and the formation of a liberal outlook.
