Work

The cycle of scientific works consists of 5 monographs, 7 articles in professional journals of Ukraine, 2 articles in foreign scientific journals, 5 - in materials of scientific conferences, published in the years 2005-2012. Established scientifically-applied fundamentals and defines the objectives, priorities and methods of achievement of natural and anthropogenic and ecological safety of regions of Ukraine for the sustainable socio-ecological-economic development. A number of fundamental results, which reveal the essence of natural and anthropogenic and environmental safety in the context of contemporary globalization processes, the content of the notion of emergencies, and determine the approaches to the economic valuation of efficiency of functioning of systems of protection of population and territories. The cycle of scientific works contains priority results: assessment of natural and anthropogenic and environmental security in the form of strategy and forecast, which is an integral part of the financial planning needs of the media and the means for prevention of emergency situations; the strategic priorities of improvement of the system of security in the economic context, where the main strategic goal of the state policy is the identification, assessment and forecast of strategic risks and development of the scientific basis of transition to new strategy of safety management with the introduction of national standards of the risk; the ways of improvement of financial security response system, the main of which is the national system of funds of financial and material and technical resources at all levels. Suggested new approaches to the formation of an effective system of prevention of emergency situations of natural, anthropogenic and ecological character, which provides for the analysis and forecasting of risks, which are based on the results of assessment of the strategic security and environmental monitoring. The author realized the staging of new non-traditional tasks, namely determination of the directions of the state innovation policy on the strategy of guaranteeing the natural and anthropogenic and environmental safety, which implies an unconditional priority of the systems of risk forecasting and management. The results of the cycle have an important theoretical, methodological and practical importance for the development of the theory and methodology of natural and anthropogenic and ecological safety and developing, on scientific principles, an effective system of population and territories protection from the consequences of emergency situations, effective economic instruments of management at the risk of their occurrence. The practical value of the research is targeted recommendations for the regional economic entities, state bodies of Executive power and bodies of local self-government, and their realization will allow to optimize the use of available public resources in the area of ensuring an acceptable level of natural and anthropogenic and environmental safety. The results of the research are set out in 19 publications, including 5 monographs in co-authorship, 7 articles in professional journals of Ukraine, 2 – in foreign scientific publications, 5 – in materials of scientific conferences. Total citation index is more than 1 according to the database Scopus. The author's work has been tested more than 15 scientific journals.
