The scientific basis of prospective immobilized proteinic preparations for wounds and burns therapy, biocatalysts of repeated usage for enantiomers of 1,4-benzodiazepin--2-one derivatives, possessing tranquilizing and hypnotic action, obtaining, and phenolic pollutants oxidation for their elimination from solutions and waste water are developed. Several fundamental results are obtained: mechanisms of proteinic preparations immobilization of polymer are established; the proteinic composition of microbial proteases and isolated mushroom tyrosinase and pig liver carboxylesterase was studied; the enzymatic stereoselective hydrolysis of new esters of 3-hydroxy-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one was accomplished; the QSAR analysis, predicting the bioconversion level of new phenolic substrates of tyrosinase was conducted. Series of scientific works contains the priority results: method of proteolytic activity determination was modified; the prospective ocular medicinal films and wound coatings for wounds and burns enzymatic therapy; the preclinical trials of ocular medicinal inserts with papain and urea, possessing antiburn action, were conducted; the S-enantiomer with an enhanced affinity to central benzodiazepine receptors was obtained; method of phenols elimination with a help of immobilized tyrosinase and inorganic coagulants, was developed and approbated on waste waters of closed joints-stock company "Teploservice". New approaches to proteinic preparations immobilization by noncovalent interaction with polymer matrices are proposed. New unconventional tasks were set by authors: development of wounds and burns treatment methods, obtaining of optically active preparations with tranquilizing action, elimination of phenols with a help of immobilized enzymes. Results of series have significance for bioorganic chemistry, medicine, biotechnology and ecology. Results of investigation, according to work subject, are published in 2 monographs, 27 articles (4 referenced in Scopus database), and 54 abstracts. Novelty and competitiveness of technical resolutions are protected by 10 patents. The total number of authors’ publications - 93.
