The work is dedicated to the development of theoretical and methodological, methodical and applied principles of collateral security of households in Ukraine in the context of economic inequality, and the definition of strategic directions to strengthen in the future. Systematization and generalization of theoretical and methodological approaches are done to teaching and assessment processes forming property, financial-economical household security of the country in the context of economic inequality in Ukraine, found reasonably possible areas of reduction based on the formation of an effective and socially responsible policies in the state. Suggested methodical principles of assessing the level and dynamics of changes in property providing households with the definition of criteria and indicators of the algorithm. The work carried out a comprehensive assessment of the structural and dynamic changes in availability of the property with justification promising areas of state influence on economic inequality in the country. The article presents the methodological approaches to assess the availability of financial and economic resources for different types of households, which are defined on the basis of the dominant trends in this area, as well as constraints and risks. Established that a significant population, especially rural residents have virtually no access to financial resources provided through the banking system. Offered directions and modern ways to accelerate public policy focused on ensuring equal access of different population groups to these resources. Defined sоcio-economic nature and structure of the economic income mechanism, its main tools. Developed methodological and methodical principles of integrated assessment of investigated mechanism with the definition of the algorithm and system evaluation indicators. Were found the latest trends transformational changes in the formation of aggregate household income in different regions of Ukraine. Investigated specificity of modern mechanism of transformation of population incomes into resource investment in the region. Designed conceptual foundations of the modernization of the economic mechanism of formation of incomes. Found scientific and methodological basis of regional incomes policy and strategic directions for its activation. Proposed economically appropriate types of mechanism for the future, differentiated by region of Ukraine. Designed models of strategy for diversifying sources of income of the population of the regions with the possible trajectories of socio-economic development.
