The series of scientific publications is devoted to development of new and improvement of existing phosphors based on inorganic matrices of different compositions for modern ionizing radiation detectors and optoelectronics. The following results have been obtained: 1. New luminescent materials (GdCl3, Cs2LiGdCl3, CsSrCl3) for use in the detectors of ionizing radiation and optoelectronics have been obtained. 2. The possibility of a deep cleaning of cesium iodide melt whit use of zirconium has been proved for the first time. This cleaning method can remove not only oxygenated impurities from the melt but also the impurity of heavy metals, which makes it possible to obtain high quality single crystals of cesium iodide. 3. A new method of phosphors obtaining with a general formula (Y,Tb)3Al5O12:Ce3+ using nanostructured reagents has been developed. It is shown that substitution of Y3+ ions by Tb3+ ions accompanied by a shift of the emission maximum of Ce3+ from 550 to 562 nm, which improves the spectral composition of these materials. Relatively high integral intensity and spectral composition of the radiation of Tb3Al5O12:Ce3+ makes this material a promising phosphor for creation of light-emitting diodes based on GaN-diodes. The semi-industrial regulations of Tb3Al5O12:Ce3+ synthesis was written. 4. New two-component composite scintillation material based on the microcrystalline granules of different scintillators with a possibility of varying their basic scintillation parameters within wide ranges has been developed. According to the results of scientific and technical work the experimental production of high-performance composite scintillators for multichannel photo-detecting devices was organized. The series of scientific publications has been realizing during 2009 – 2014 years in Institute for Scintillation Materials NAS of Ukraine and Physico-chemical Institute named by Bogatskiy A.V. NAS of Ukraine. The series includes 28 publications in scientific editions. There are 14 articles in Ukrainian journals and 14 – in international journals. The total impact-factor of the journals, where works have been published, is 17.557 and total SJR index is 10.752. The works have been cited 35 times based on SCOPUS database data. The results obtained reported on 11 Ukrainian and 18 International conferences and published as 29 abstracts in books of abstracts of scientific conferences. Received 6 patents of Ukraine for invention and utility model. The volume of the works is 203 printed pages.
