The purpose of the work is to determine the characteristics of the quantitative distribution of the phosphate-mobilizing and heterotrophic bacteria in the ecosystems of the Black Sea and their role in the phosphorus cycle. The characteristics of the spatial distribution and quantitative changes of the phosphate-mobilizing and heterotrophic bacteria have been estimated based on researches in ecosystems NWBS and estuaries Northwest Black Sea region for the first time. For the first time the effect of hydrological and hydro-chemical factors of the water environment on the abundance and distribution of the phosphate-mobilizing and heterotrophic bacteria has been evaluated statistically for all investigated ecosystems. Highly active phosphate-mobilizing bacteria were isolated from marine samples. The participation of the bacteria genera Enterobacter and Bacillus in the transformation of inorganic phosphorus compounds in marine ecosystems have been shown. The results of the cycle can be used for environmental characteristics of NWBS and adjoined estuaries, open the opportunity for microbiological monitoring studies in different trophic status marine ecosystems. The data allow us to estimate the intensity of mineralization of dissolved and suspended organic substances in the water and sediments, to identify the role of bacterial communities in the phosphorus cycle in marine ecosystems, may be useful for further development of the aspects of the "phosphorus" water pollution problems. The cycle of scientific works is remarkable by interdisciplinary approach and the use of complex methods of hydrobiology, general and marine microbiology, physic-chemical methods, and methods of mathematical statistics. The results of studies by theme are set out in 0 monographs, 12 publications, 5 of them are in specialized publications (2 independent, including 1 in the journal with the scientometric base Scopus), 7 abstracts of papers. The number of references to the authors of the publication according to the data base of Scopus – 0, h-index = 0. Received patents - 0. The results of research carried out within 5 research themes SI «Institute of Marine Biology, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine».
