Research work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of obtaining a three-component composite based on hydroxyapatite modified with magnetite and chitosan, the study of its phase composition, structure, adsorption properties and in vitro behavior.
The resulting composite may be promising for medical practice for bone engineer due to the synergistic effect of its components, improving osseointegration and bone regeneration due to possible magnetic therapy, and adsorption properties will provide additional anti-inflammatory therapy due to the possibility of local administration of drugs.
