Although more than 30 years have passed since the high-temperature superconductors (HTSCs) discovery, the mechanism of superconducting pairing, which leads to the occurrence of superconductivity at temperatures well above 100 K, is still not completely known. It is believed now that the correct understanding of such unusual phenomenon as pseudogap, which opens in cuprates at T* much greater than Тс, has to help the understanding of the superconducting pairing mechanism in high-temperature superconductors, as well as to determine the role of the interplay between the superconductivity and magnetism in the formation of coupled fermions at such high temperatures. However, the physical nature of the pseudogap also remains rather controversial. The work is devoted to the experimental study of the influence of temperature, magnetic field, annealing and irradiation on the transport properties of functional materials (REBa2Cu3O7-δ (RE = Y, Ho), FeTexSe1-x) in order to obtain information about fundamental electronic processes and interactions that form the normal and superconducting phase in cuprate and iron-based high-temperature superconductors. Within the proposed project it is planned to consider the problems of the influence of the magnetic field, high pressure, annealing and radiation on various mechanisms of electric transport of high-temperature superconductors REBa2Cu3O7-δ (RE = Y, Ho), FeTexSe1-x.
