The object of the study are the sectors that are part of the complex of services, municipal and city management entities and consumers of services, as well as enterprises and organizations that carry out their activities in the sphere of life support of the city and its population.
Scientific novelty of the scientific research lies in the complex approach to the management of megapolis infrastructure development (transport, industrial production, housing and public utilities, etc.), which involves the development of mathematical models of megapolis objects and innovative information technologies of their management with a view to improve the economic efficiency of their functioning.
The objective of the work is to create and substantiate mechanisms to improve the system of management of the development of innovative infrastructure of the megapolis as the most complex one in structure and development of the municipal economy.
As a result of the research, the following tasks are to be carried out within the framework of the project:
- - development of the principles for creating intelligent decision support systems based on fuzzy situational networks, which allow to significantly improve the quality of management of municipal engineering networks and transport in "routine" situations and "emergencies".
- creation of information and analytical system of support for making management decisions for the urban entities, municipal services as well as enterprises and organizations, that carry out their activities to keep the city functioning and its population livelihood, is planned. The creation of such an information-analytical system of making innovative management decisions will significantly increase the efficiency of the megapolis infrastructure and its environmental and technogenic risks.
