The work is aimed at developing scientific and technological bases for obtaining ceramic shell molds on disposable patterns, made by the layer synthesis technologies. The research is based on the idea ofusing, as disposable patterns, products printed on 3D printers, for the formation of ceramic molds by precision casting technology (for patterm that are melted, fired or dissolved). The use of additive technologies in the manufacture of foundry patterns provides high dimensional accuracy, short manufacturing times and the ability to obtain complex castings, including with internal cavities. In addition, the introduction of such technical solution is possible with minimal changes in the technological processes of manufacturing ceramic molds on wax models in existing foundries. The study will be conducted using theoretical analysis, engineering calculations, laboratory experiments. In the course of work standard methods of definition of dimensional accuracy and roughness of patterns and castings, definition of physical and mechanical properties of ceramic molds will be used. As part of the study, it is planned to analyze the plastics used for 3D printing and select the most suitable for the manufacture of ceramic molds. Using the layer synthesis technology to make samples of patterns from selected materials, to determine their characteristics and to form shell molds from different ceramic materials. Investigate the behavior of plastics during melting, dissolving and firing, and on this basis to develop optimal methods for removing materials of disposable models from ceramic molds. To make ceramic shell molds from different refractories according to optimized technological parameters and to determine their physical and mechanical properties. As a result of the work, technological processes of manufacturing ceramic molds based on disposable patterns obtained by 3D printing for casting parts with complex configuration from heat-resistant alloys will be created.
