One of the negative factors influencing the environment is the spread of invasive alien species. The end of the result of their introduction is the formation of new viable populations with the required level of productivity or participation in the functioning of natural ecosystems. The indicators of the viability of the invasive population in the new conditions are its structural and dynamic characteristics: density, phytomass produced, morphometric parameters of individuals, the ability to form adapted ecomorphs in changing environmental conditions, and so on. Aquatic and coastal-aquatic ecosystems ecosystems due to their azonality and a certain homogeneity of ecological conditions are convenient channels of invasion, as evidenced by a number of new cases of alien aquatic, coastal-aquatic plants over the past 10-15 years. Therefore, the study of biological, ecological features and dynamics of modern distribution of invasive plant species in aquatic and coastal-aquatic ecotopes of Ukraine is an extremely important issue. The purpose of the work is to establish biological, ecological features and dynamics of modern distribution of invasive plant species in aquatic and coastal-water ecotopes of Ukraine. The tasks of the work: 1. Selection of model invasive species 2. Carry out a comprehensive ecological assessment and establish the degree of invasiveness of selected model species in the conditions of typical areas of the secondary area. 3. Investigate the state and structure of populations of model invasive species 4. To provide a forecast of possible ways of distribution and the nature of their distribution through the territory of Ukraine.
