The main goal of the proposed project is to develop methods for asymmetric synthesis of chiral organic compounds with potential biological or pharmaceutical activity. In the course of work biologically active or potentially biologically active compounds will be synthesized and their biological properties will be studied. Asymmetric synthesis has been one of the priority areas of research for chemists in recent decades. This topic is of great scientific importance is an important area of research in the development of technologies for the production of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. A significant difference in the physiological properties of enantiomeric antipodes draws special attention to them. The idea of the study is to develop methods for obtaining chiral organic compounds of high enantiomeric purity using enzymatic biocatalysis. These compounds as potential biologically active substances can be used in pharmacology.
