Results: Conference resolution. 1. The scientific community, represented at the conference by the staff of editorial boards and editors of scientific periodicals of higher education institutions and institutions, expresses deep concern over the attempts of certain political forces to amend or even repeal the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as State” enter into force 16.07.2019. 2. To approve the initiative to create a joint publishing platform and a standard electronic edition of the NAS of Ukraine periodical in accordance with the level of modern world scientific communication. To request the NVR NAS of Ukraine and the Academic Periodicals to organize the work on the development and implementation of a typical electronic edition in the practice of the activities of the publishing units of the academic institutions of the Academy. 3. To request the Scientific and Publishing Council of NAS of Ukraine: to initiate an appeal to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine regarding registration of electronic periodicals and updated network resources in order to protect the information space of Ukraine and increase the level of information security of the state in cooperation with the State Book Office of Ukraine named after Ivan Fedorov; to allow the publication of the reports prepared for the conference, information messages and presented at the conference visual material in the next issue of the general academic book series "Science of Ukraine in the World Information Space" and to place them on the web resource of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; revise the requirements of the NAS of Ukraine Magazine Support Program in order to align them with the current legislation of Ukraine and the world requirements for scientific professional periodicals.
