| As a result of the conference, active discussion and debates on the topics of the reports heard, a number of agreed conclusions and proposals were adopted:
1) The security of Ukraine's mineral and raw material base needs to be strengthened, in particular by intensifying cooperation with international partners.
2) Ukraine has a significant rare metal potential of the subsoil, however, the actualization of mineral and raw material resources requires detailed mapping and targeted research, in particular using modern computer programs (interactive graphic visualization) and artificial intelligence. It is necessary to intensify the study of deposits and ore occurrences of rare and dispersed (rare earth) elements to ensure the provision of critically important sectors of the economy (energy, IT, defense industry, etc.).
3) Intensification of efforts to preserve geological monuments, mineralogical and paleontological collections and scientific heritage in wartime conditions.
4) It is necessary to deepen cooperation between science and production in order to introduce innovative technologies in the processes of extraction and processing of mineral raw materials.
5) To recommend transferring the All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference "Geological Structure and Mineral Resources of Ukraine", which has already received recognition from the geological community of Ukraine, to the rank of an annual International Scientific and Technical Conference.
6) To request the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the State Program for Research on Insufficiently Studied Critical Mineral Resources for 2026-2035 and ways of its implementation |
