A powerful factor of increasing the productivity of agroecosystems, which does not have a negative impact on the environment, may be the intensification of plant-microbial interaction based on the use of bacterial drugs (inoculants), in particular, nitrogen-fixing microorganisms that regulate the diet of cereals and crops productivity and resistance to adverse environmental factors. However, traditional inoculants with undeniable environmental and economic feasibility of application do not always provide a significant increase in productivity. Promising in this aspect is the use of important for plants chelates of micro- and ultramicroelements. The aim of the work is to study the peculiarities of the response of soybean and wheat plants to the use of active competitive strains of nitrogen-fixing microorganisms and solution of especially pure micronutrients chelated with natural food acids, which will expand and deepen knowledge about the role of presowing bacterization of plants. The effect of complex treatment with biometal chelates and selected strains of nodule bacteria on the intensity of CO 2 gas exchange in Glycine max leaves, nitrogen-fixing activity of symbiotic systems and seed productivity of soybean plants will be studied. The content of chlorophylls and carotenoids, photosynthetic activity, the influence of associative nitrogen fixers and chelated microelements on the growth and development of wheat plants and its productivity will also be studied. The planned work will be performed using traditional and modern research methods, in particular, spectrophotometry, gas chromatography, mass spectroscopy, as well as other molecular biological, microbiological, physiological and biochemical methods.
