He was born on August 20, 1972 in the village of Mitrofanovna, Kontemirovsky district, Voronezh region, the Russian Federation. In 1980 he moved with his parents to Ukraine in Nizhyn, Chernihiv region.
Studied at Nizhyn General Secondary School No. 7 (1980-1989). Nizhyn State Pedagogical Institute. V.I. Gogol (1989-1994) graduated with honors in the specialization "teacher of biology and chemistry". In 1994-1996 studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry of the NAS of Ukraine. In 1996-1999 studied at the Postgraduate School of V.I. Vernadsky Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry NAS of Ukraine. In 2000 defended PhD thesis "Influence of isovalent substitutions in cationic sublattices on the synthesis, structure and properties of posistor materials based on barium metatitanate".
Work (from May 17, 1999 to the present) at V.I. Vernadsky Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry NAS of Ukraine. At the Institute worked as a leading engineer, junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher in the Department of Solid State Chemistry.
Qualified Researcher. More than 20 years of varied experience in experimental research in solid-state chemistry. Synthesis and characterization of lithium-conducting oxide materials with perovskite, LLTO, LiPON and NASICON structures, including powders, ceramics, thin and thick films. Studies of peculiarities of microstructure and electrical properties of complex oxides.
