I, Stakhovа Lyudmila Ivanovna, was born on January 23, 1952 in the city of Uman, Cherkasy region.
After finishing from the 8th form, in 1967 I entered the Kyiv topographical technical college which graduated in 1971.
By distribution I worked at the enterprise № 13 Main Department of Geodesy and Cartography as a technician-topographer in expedition № 242.
Since 1976 I has been working at the S.I.Subbotin Institute of Geophysic, NAS of Ukraine, as engineer-cartographer, senior engineer, engineer of the II and I categories, leading engineer.
In 1982 I entered the Faculty of Geography of the T. Shevchenko State Kyiv University.
In 1988 I finished a full course of the university in the specialty "Cartography". After his graduation I was awarded the qualification of a geographer-cartographer.
