He was born on July 25, 1981 in Poltava. After graduating from school in 1998 he was enrolled in the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport in Kharkiv. As a result of his studies he received a full higher education (master's degree) in "Rolling stock and special equipment of railway transport".
In 2003, after graduating from the academy, he was hired at the Locomotive Depot Poltava (JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia"). During his work at the locomotive depot Poltava he worked in the following positions: backup assistant driver, assistant driver, driver and chief mechanic. In 2003 he enrolled in graduate school for distance learning. In 2008 he defended his dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty "Railway rolling stock and train traction".
In December 2017, he was hired by JSC Ukrposhta to head the Center for Property and Infrastructure Management of the Poltava Directorate. In March 2019, he was transferred to the Kyiv City Directorate of Ukrposhta JSC to the position of Head of the Property and Infrastructure Management Center.
On February 1, 2021, he was hired as a Deputy Director for Technical Affairs at the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
