She was born on December 28, 1986 in the city of Kyiv.
In 2009 she graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" and holds a master's degree in computer science. In 2006 she received a bachelor's degree in "Philology" and received a qualification - "Bachelor of Philology (translation)", specialization - English.
After graduating from the university she worked as an assistant, senior lecturer and associate professor at the Department of Information and Telecommunication Networks of KPI. Igor Sikorsky. In 2005-2013 she worked as a leading engineer in the Design Bureau of Information Systems at KPI. Igor Sikorsky. Since 2020 he has been working as a senior researcher at the Department of Creation and Use of Intelligent Network Tools of the National Center "Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine".
In 2015 she successfully defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.13.06. - Information Technology. She received the academic title of associate professor in 2017.
Since 2016, Novogrudok RL is the Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Telecommunication Systems KPI. Igor Sikorsky. Since 2020 he has been an expert of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine.
Novogrudok RL is the coordinator of the student exchange program and the dual master's program between the Institute of Telecommunication Systems KPI. Igor Sikorsky and the Faculty of Informatics of the Technical University of Dresden. In 2016-2018, she served as Deputy Head of the Department of Information and Telecommunication Networks for International Activities and Project Manager of the Institute of Telecommunication Systems.
In 2012-2018 Novogrudok RL was the coordinator of interaction between the State Institution National Antarctic Research Center of Ukraine and KPI. Igor Sikorsky (Institute of Telecommunication Systems), implementing the organization and implementation of research on the scientific topic "Establishment of the National Center for Antarctic Data" in Ukraine (under item №14 - State Targeted Scientific and Technical Program for Antarctic Research for 2011-2020), and also the development and support of the National Antarctic Data Center in Ukraine (according to SCAR and NASA resolutions).
In 2018 she was the head of the trade union bureau of the Institute of Telecommunication Systems KPI. Igor Sikorsky.
Areas of research interests of Novogrudok RL: Intelligent information processing (knowledge representation, Semantic Web, ontological management, data mining), systems analysis, systems design, business analytics.
Has 121 publications, including 115 scientific and 6 educational and methodological nature, including 45 scientific papers published in domestic and international peer-reviewed professional journals, including 23 in Scopus, 3 monographs, 8 sections in foreign monographs indexed by leading scientific metrics bases. He has participated in more than 60 international conferences, including abroad.
She took part in 9 research and scientific and technical works, two of which she was a responsible executor. Novogrudok RL is a member of the organizing committee of two international scientific and technical conferences: International scientific and technical conference "Problems of telecommunications"; and SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL CONFERENCE "International Conference" Radio Electronics & Info Communications ".
Novogrudok RL She has repeatedly completed internships at the Technical University of Dresden (Germany) with the support of the international organization DAAD and the Erasmus + program. Awarded the Departmental Badge of the National Antarctic Research Center of Ukraine "(2016), was a Fellow of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2013-2015), received a Grant from the President of Ukraine to support research of young scientists in 2018, as well as the Young Teacher-Researcher KPI them. Igor Sikorsky ”(2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2020).
She was awarded a number of diplomas and certificates for scientific achievements. She has repeatedly received international grants for internships at foreign universities and participation in scientific conferences abroad.
